We offer shipping for your new cichlids only in the USA states (excluding Hawaii and Alaska)
(Option 1) UPS overnight shipping. UPS delivers to your house or business the following day after shipment, usually before 12pm. Shipping cost is paid by customer. Please contact us for shipping quote.
(Option 2) Southwest Air Cargo. If Southwest Airlines flies to your nearby Airport, this is great option to save $$ on shipping. You simply pick up package or packages at Southwest Cargo. Shipping cost is paid by customer. Please contact us for shipping quote.
All cichlids are professionally bagged with pure oxygen and shipped in an insulated foam box. During cold months, we use heat packs in the insulated foam box to keep fish warm during shipment.
Live arrival guarantee & adherent to DOA policies. In the rare event of a fish showing up dead on arrival (DOA), please send photos of the DOA fish in the shipped bag within 2 hours of delivery. Live arrival guarantee is void if not within 2 hours of delivery. You will be refunded only for DOA fish, not the shipping cost.
